- You must be a primary school student in Hong Kong, in Grade 4 or 6 (ages 9–13).
- Your school must be a public school with average academic ratings (the middle 33%).
- Your school must not be a single-sex school.
- Your school must not already be running another structured anti-bullying program.
- You must be regularly attending your class lessons.
