  • You are a student at a participating school in Hong Kong.
  • You can read Chinese.
  • You are between 11 and 15 years old (Primary 5 to Form 2).
  • You have parental consent to join.
  • You do not have any physical, thinking, or mental health issues that would make it hard to exercise or use the app.
