Who can take part

  • Your prostate cancer has spread to other parts of the body and is no longer responding to standard hormone therapy.
  • You have already taken a drug called abiraterone, and your cancer grew or did not respond well while on it.
  • You are at least 18 years old and willing to have a tumor biopsy (if safe to do so).
  • You have adequate blood counts and kidney/liver function (your doctor will check this).
  • You do not have certain medical conditions like uncontrolled blood pressure, active infections, or recent heart problems.
