Who can take part
- You have a confirmed diagnosis of prostate cancer that is high-risk or locally advanced but hasn't spread to distant organs.
- You are at least 18 years old.
- Your blood counts and liver/kidney function are within acceptable ranges as measured by standard lab tests.
- You are able to take pills by mouth and are willing to use effective birth control during treatment and for 3 months after the last dose.
- You have not had a heart attack, stroke, or worsening heart failure in the last 6 months.
- You are not currently receiving other investigational treatments or have active second cancers that need treatment.
