Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with peripheral artery disease (PAD).
  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • Your ankle-brachial index (a test that compares blood pressure in your ankle and arm) is less than 0.9.
  • You do not have a recent leg injury or surgery that would stop you from exercising.
  • You have not had a heart attack, stroke, or other major heart event in the last 3 months.
