Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older and have a chronic inflammatory disease (like rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, or Crohn's disease) that is being treated with a biotherapy injection you give yourself.
  • You must start the education program within 3 months of joining the study.
  • You must not have any condition that makes it hard to understand or participate in the program, such as serious memory or thinking problems.
  • You cannot be pregnant.
  • You must be covered by health insurance (like Social Security in France).
  • You must be able and willing to give your consent to join the study.
