This study tests a program called SKILLS to help people with psychiatric disorders learn practical coping strategies. If you are 18 or older, have a psychiatric diagnosis, and are stable on medication, you may be able to join.

- Able to attend and participate in therapy sessions
- On the same psychiatric medication for at least 30 days
- Not currently in another psychotherapy program
