Who can take part

  • You must be a nursing assistant, dependency care technician, geroculturist, or have a certificate of professionalism.
  • You must speak and understand Spanish.
  • You must work a daytime or morning/afternoon shift, not only nights.
  • You must have been with your current department for more than 4 months.
  • You must not be on temporary leave, vacation, or absent during the study.
