  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have been diagnosed with cancer that has not spread to other parts of the body (stages I to III)
  • You finished your main cancer treatment within the last 5 years
  • You have not been very active (less than 1.5 hours of exercise per week)
  • You have a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and internet access
