Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 85 years old
  • You had stage I, II, or III cancer (not stage IV or metastatic)
  • You finished your main cancer treatments at least 6 months ago
  • You own a smartphone (iPhone or Android) with internet access
  • You are able to walk and exercise safely without assistance
  • You are not currently very active (less than 300 minutes per week of moderate exercise)
