Comparing two head maneuvers for treating positional vertigo

This study compares two different head movement procedures (Epley and Semont-plus) to treat a common type of vertigo caused by tiny calcium crystals moving in the inner ear. If you have this condition in one ear only and are generally healthy, you may be eligible to help find which treatment works better.
