This study compares two types of nerve blocks (mid-point transverse process to pleura block vs. serratus anterior plane block) to see which provides better pain relief after breast cancer surgery. You would receive one of these blocks before surgery to help manage pain after.

Who can take part
- You are a woman between 35 and 60 years old.
- You are having a modified radical mastectomy on one breast only.
- You are in good general health (ASA grade I or II).
- You do not have a bleeding disorder and are not taking blood thinners.
- You are not pregnant and do not have asthma or an allergy to the study drugs.
