Who can take part
- You are a woman between 18 and 65 years old
- You have breast cancer and need surgery to remove lymph nodes under your arm
- Your weight is healthy for your height (BMI between 18 and 35)
- You are in good enough health for surgery (ASA status I, II, or III)
- You can understand how to use a patient-controlled pain pump and report your pain level
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or have severe liver or kidney disease
