Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 55 years old.
  • You cannot smoke or use nicotine products for at least 3 months before the screening.
  • Your weight must be within a healthy range based on your height (body mass index between 18.5 and 32).
  • You must be in good health, without any major medical conditions or recent illnesses.
  • Women must either be postmenopausal or surgically sterile, or willing to use effective birth control. Men must not donate sperm for 90 days after the last dose.
  • You cannot have used any medications or been in other clinical trials within specified timeframes.
