Safety study of TL-003 for healthy adults and ulcerative colitis

  • Be between 18 and 55 years old with a healthy weight (BMI 18–32)
  • Have no major organ disease, immune system problems, or kidney/liver issues based on blood tests
  • Not have had recent major surgery, cancer, tuberculosis, or HIV/hepatitis
  • Not be pregnant, breastfeeding, or unwilling to use reliable contraception during the study
  • Not take most prescription medications, recreational drugs, or smoke heavily
  • Not have had recent serious infections or be currently taking antibiotics
