Who can take part

  • You must be 16 years or older.
  • You have a type of advanced brain tumor called glioblastoma or a related high-grade glioma.
  • Your tumor must have been confirmed by a biopsy or surgery.
  • You must have had standard treatment like surgery and chemo-radiation and your tumor has come back (relapsed), or you have minimal disease left after initial treatment.
  • You must be well enough to carry out daily activities (performance status 0-1) and have a life expectancy of at least 12 weeks.
  • Your blood counts and organ function must be within certain limits (e.g., adequate kidney, liver, and bone marrow function).
