Amivantamab plus chemo for EGFR-mutated lung cancer
Treatments studied
Part of Cancer, Lungs & breathing clinical trials.
This trial tests whether the drug amivantamab combined with a single chemotherapy drug can help people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has a specific EGFR gene mutation (exon20 insertion). It is for people who cannot safely receive standard platinum-based chemotherapy.

This trial tests two treatment combinations for people with a specific type of advanced lung cancer that has an EGFR mutation. One group gets amivantamab plus lazertinib, and the other gets amivantamab plus chemotherapy. The goal is to see which combo works better.
This trial tests a new drug, amivantamab, given before surgery for people with a specific EGFR-mutated lung cancer. It aims to shrink tumors and improve surgical outcomes, and may be combined with standard chemotherapy in some patients.
This study follows patients with advanced lung cancer (a type called non-small cell lung cancer) who are receiving a combination of chemotherapy and a drug called amivantamab. Researchers want to understand how well this treatment works and track your health outcomes over time.
This Phase 2 study tests amivantamab (an antibody medicine) in people with advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer that has specific EGFR gene changes. It may help shrink tumors or control cancer when standard curative treatments aren’t possible.
This study looks at how well a treatment called amivantamab works in people with a specific type of advanced lung cancer (EGFR-mutated non-small cell lung cancer). It aims to track real-world outcomes in patients who are starting amivantamab for the first time.
This trial tests a combination of two targeted therapies (amivantamab and lazertinib) or amivantamab with chemotherapy for people with advanced lung cancer that has a specific EGFR mutation. It aims to see if these treatments work better together than current options.
