Who can take part
- Have advanced or metastatic colon or rectal adenocarcinoma that cannot be removed by surgery
- Your tumor tests must match the study’s genetic requirements (usually no HER2 amplification, and certain genes must be “wild-type”)
- You must fit the right treatment history for your study group (some groups need 0–1 prior metastatic treatments; others need 2–3)
- You must be able to provide a tumor sample for testing: fresh biopsy if possible, or stored tissue if a new biopsy isn’t feasible
- Brain metastases must be absent or treated (no symptomatic or untreated brain metastases), and no leptomeningeal disease
- Be able to do study scans and be generally well enough: ECOG performance status 0–1
