Who can take part

  • You are of Asian descent
  • You are between 20 and 55 years old
  • You need a lower wisdom tooth removed because of a cavity, for braces, or due to gum problems
  • You have no major health issues like diabetes, heart disease, bleeding disorders, weak bones, high blood pressure, neurological problems, psychiatric conditions, tumors, widespread infections, or cysts at the extraction site
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant
  • You have not taken painkillers, anti-inflammatory drugs, or antibiotics in the last 2 weeks, and you do not use blood thinners or bone medications
