Who can take part
- You must have advanced liver cancer that has gotten worse after triple therapy (TACE, lenvatinib, and sintilimab) and has at least one measurable tumor on a scan.
- You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
- Your liver function must be good (Child-Pugh class A or B) and your blood counts, kidney function, and clotting tests must be within certain limits.
- You cannot have had a fecal transplant before, and you cannot have taken probiotics since your liver cancer diagnosis.
- You must not have other serious illnesses like active autoimmune disease, severe infection, bleeding disorders, or another cancer in the last 5 years (except for a few curable types).
- You cannot have a history of organ transplant, severe heart or lung problems, or chronic intestinal diseases like celiac disease.
