Who can take part
- You have advanced liver cancer that cannot be removed by surgery.
- Your cancer is at BCLC stage B or C.
- You have not received any previous systemic treatment for liver cancer.
- Your cancer initially responded to first-line treatment (targeted immunotherapy) but then started growing again.
- Your liver function is good, with a Child-Pugh score of 7 or less.
- You have at least one measurable tumor on a CT or MRI scan.
- You are in good physical condition (ECOG score 0 or 1).
