Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have advanced or metastatic esophageal squamous cell carcinoma that cannot be removed by surgery.
- Your cancer has progressed after a platinum-based chemotherapy and an immunotherapy treatment.
- You have had no more than one prior treatment for advanced or metastatic disease.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a CT or MRI scan.
- Your overall health status is good (ECOG performance status 0 or 1).
