Who can take part

  • Your prostate cancer must be a type called adenocarcinoma (not small cell) and have spread to distant parts of the body (like bones or other organs).
  • Your cancer must have worsened while on hormone therapy (ADT) or after having your testicles removed, within the last 6 months before screening.
  • You must have already tried 1 or 2 drugs called androgen receptor pathway inhibitors (like enzalutamide or abiraterone) and your cancer still grew after at least 8 weeks of treatment.
  • You need to provide a fresh tumor tissue sample from a biopsy of an area not treated with radiation, taken after your last cancer treatment stopped working.
  • You cannot have had prior chemotherapy with a taxane drug (like docetaxel) for prostate cancer that has spread and stopped responding to hormone therapy.
  • You cannot have a history of a lung condition called interstitial lung disease or pneumonitis that needed steroids, or currently have it.
