Studying brain stimulation to reduce repetitive behaviors in autism

Who can take part

  • You must have an autism diagnosis based on standard clinical tools
  • Your child must be between 8 and 13 years old (up to 13 years and 11 months)
  • Your child must have an IQ of 70 or higher
  • No history of epilepsy or family history of epilepsy
  • No brain tumors, genetic syndromes, or other major psychiatric conditions
  • Not currently taking any medication that affects the central nervous system, and no focus on repetitive behaviors in therapy for the last 3 months
