Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have advanced stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer that has gotten worse after one prior treatment.
- Your tumor has tested positive for a protein called CLDN18.2.
- You are able to perform daily activities with little or no help (ECOG 0 or 1).
- You have not had any other anti-cancer treatment in the last 4 weeks before starting this study.
- You do not have active brain metastases or a history of certain serious stomach or heart problems.
