  • You are 18 to 75 years old.
  • Your tumor is measurable on a scan.
  • Your cancer has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
  • You are in generally good health (able to do daily activities without help).
  • You agree to use birth control for 6 months after the last dose.
  • You have not had a live vaccine in the last 4 weeks.
