Who can take part

  • You have a type of solid tumor (like lung, colon, or breast cancer) that has spread or come back, and standard treatments haven't worked or aren't right for you.
  • You are expected to live at least 12 more weeks.
  • If you could become pregnant, you must use very effective birth control during the study and for 4 months after the last dose.
  • If you are a man and could get a partner pregnant, you must use condoms and not donate sperm during the study and for 4 months after.
  • You cannot have active brain tumors, autoimmune disease, serious infections, or certain heart or lung problems.
