  • You are a parent whose child currently visiting the clinic.
  • Your child is between 6 months and 4 years old (6 to 59 months).
  • Your child has not had a flu shot this season or last season and has no flu shot appointment.
  • Your child has no medical reason to avoid the flu vaccine.
  • You are willing to join the study and can read and understand the materials.
