  • You weigh at least 50 kg (110 lbs) if male, or 45 kg (99 lbs) if female, and your BMI is between 19 and 28.
  • You are generally healthy, with no serious medical conditions or infections.
  • You have not participated in another trial in the last 3 months.
  • You are willing to use effective birth control during the study and for several months after.
