RESTOR: Study of mTOR inhibitors in older adults

This trial tests two FDA-approved drugs, rapamycin and everolimus, to see if they can improve immune function in healthy older adults. You may join if you are generally healthy, live independently, and are between 65 and 90 years old.

  • You do not have diabetes, heart disease, or a history of cancer in the last 5 years.
  • You have not used tobacco, cannabis, or CBD products in the last 6 months.
  • You are willing to avoid grapefruit juice during the study.
