Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years old or older.
  • You should get less than 150 minutes of moderate exercise each week (like brisk walking) or less than 75 minutes of vigorous exercise (like jogging).
  • You need to have a smartphone (iPhone or Android) with internet access.
  • You must be able to walk at least a quarter mile without stopping.
  • You cannot be pregnant, breastfeeding, less than 6 months postpartum, or planning to become pregnant during the study.
