  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have been diagnosed with uroepithelial cancer (a cancer in the lining of your bladder, ureters, or kidneys)
  • Your cancer is either newly diagnosed, has been completely removed with surgery, is advanced and cannot be removed, or has spread to other parts of your body
  • Your medical records are complete
