Tracking tumor DNA to predict relapse after upper kidney cancer surgery

This study checks tumor DNA found in blood and urine to see who is at higher risk of the cancer coming back after surgery. It may help doctors identify “minimal residual disease,” meaning tiny amounts of cancer that can remain after treatment.
