  • You are between 16 and 40 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with a stress fracture in your lower back (spondylolysis)
  • You plan to attend prescribed physical therapy
  • You regularly play a sport, whether for fun, in college, or professionally
  • You do not use nicotine products (cigarettes, vaping, chewing tobacco)
