Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF) by a doctor.
  • You haven't had a lung infection or a bad cold in the past month.
  • Your IPF has been stable (no sudden worsening) for at least the past three months.
  • You do not use a cane, walker, or other walking aid.
