Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma of the anus or rectum that has spread or cannot be removed.
- Your cancer has gotten worse after at least one prior treatment like chemotherapy or chemoradiation.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans, which may include a tumor that was previously treated with radiation if it has grown since.
- You have not received any previous treatment with a PD-1, PD-L1, or similar immunotherapy drug, except for Retifanlimab.
- You have never had a serious side effect from immunotherapy that required stopping treatment permanently, such as lung inflammation or kidney failure.
- You do not have an active autoimmune disease that requires ongoing treatment with drugs that suppress your immune system.
