Who can take part

  • You are 60 years or older.
  • You have a mobile or landline phone.
  • You have ongoing muscle or joint pain for at least 3 months, rated 4 or higher on a 0-10 scale, and it has made daily activities hard at least once in the last month.
  • You feel lonely some of the time or more often.
  • You can comfortably have a conversation in English.
