Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 65 years old.
- You can be a healthy volunteer or have a diagnosis of schizophrenia that has been stable for at least 4 weeks.
- You must have a body mass index (BMI) between 19 and 26 if healthy, or between 18.5 and 35 if you have schizophrenia.
- You and your partner must use effective birth control during the study and for one year after the last dose.
- You cannot have used any other study drugs or devices in the last 28 days.
