Who can take part

  • You have advanced or metastatic kidney cancer with clear cell features that cannot be removed by surgery.
  • You are between 18 and 80 years old and able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • You have not had any other cancer in the last 5 years, except for some easily curable types like certain skin or thyroid cancers.
  • You have not had any other anti-cancer treatments (targeted therapy, immunotherapy, or experimental drugs) in the last 4 weeks.
  • You do not have brain metastases, active autoimmune disease, or uncontrolled fluid buildup in the chest or belly.
