Who can take part
- You have a type of kidney cancer called clear cell carcinoma, confirmed by a biopsy or pathology report.
- You have tried up to 2 targeted drugs (not mTOR inhibitors) and 1 immunotherapy drug, and they stopped working.
- You have not been on any other cancer treatment for at least 3 weeks or 5 half-lives (whichever is longer) and side effects have mostly gone away.
- Your overall health is good enough to do most daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You are between 18 and 75 years old and your doctor expects you to live more than 12 weeks.
- You have at least one measurable tumor (can be seen on a scan) and your organs (bone marrow, liver, kidneys, heart) are working well enough based on blood and urine tests.
