Who can take part

  • You had a stroke that was confirmed by a brain scan.
  • You are currently in a Fairview hospital or were discharged home within the last 3 months from Fairview.
  • You are able to walk and follow instructions.
  • You do not have other brain conditions like Parkinson's, multiple sclerosis, or dementia.
  • You are not currently being treated for cancer or in hospice care.
