Who can take part
- You are 18 or older.
- Your breast cancer has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic).
- Your cancer is HR-positive (hormone receptor-positive) and HER2-low or ultra-low.
- You have not received any treatment for metastatic breast cancer yet.
- You are able and willing to have a biopsy of a metastatic tumor.
- You can take oral medication and are in generally good health (ECOG 0 or 1).
