Who can take part
- You have been on hormone therapy (ADT) for over 12 months and plan to continue for at least 6 more months.
- Your testosterone level is below 50 ng/dL.
- Your body mass index (BMI) is over 25 (overweight range).
- You are an African American or non-Hispanic white man, aged 18 or older.
- You do not have diabetes or serious health issues like uncontrolled high blood pressure, liver, kidney, or heart disease.
- You do not smoke, drink more than 2 alcoholic drinks per day, or have a life expectancy less than 1 year.
