Who can take part

  • You are a woman aged 40 or younger.
  • You have been diagnosed with invasive triple-negative breast cancer (ER-, PR-, HER2-).
  • Your doctor recommends chemotherapy before surgery because your tumor is larger than 2 cm, or cancer has spread to lymph nodes, or you want breast-conserving surgery and need chemo first to get clear margins.
  • You do not have stage IV breast cancer or a history of other cancers.
  • You do not have an active infection (like HBV, HIV) or an autoimmune disease that is not cured.
  • You have not had surgery in the last 3 months, and you have enough medical records for the study.
