Lighter chemo for early-stage triple-negative breast cancer with high immune cells

This trial tests a less intense chemotherapy regimen (without one of the standard drugs) combined with immunotherapy for people with early-stage triple-negative breast cancer whose tumors have a high level of immune cells (TILs). The goal is to see if this approach is effective while reducing side effects.
