  • You are 19 years or older.
  • You live in the United States.
  • You work as a counselor or in a counseling-related profession.
  • You currently see clients in your work.
  • You work with people who have a loved one struggling with opioid use, or you could.
  • You have not been certified in CRAFT before.
  • You did not take part in the 2023 counselor training pilot study.
  • You can provide at least one 45-minute counseling session to a client.
  • You are willing to complete all study activities for 12 weeks, including training and submitting recordings.
  • You have access to a computer, smartphone, internet, email, and word processing.
  • You can read and sign a consent form, and complete a quiz or call to confirm understanding.
  • You give contact information so the study team can reach you.
  • You finish a first practice session and pre-training surveys.
