Who can take part
- You are a woman aged 18 to 50
- You have had breast lumps and pain for at least 3 months, diagnosed as breast hyperplasia
- Your breast pain is moderate to severe (score 4 or higher on a 0–10 scale) on most days of your menstrual cycle
- Your breast ultrasound shows a low-risk finding (BI-RADS 1–3) without suspicious changes
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy in the next 6 months
- You have not used hormonal treatments (like birth control pills) in the last 6 months or other breast pain treatments in the last month
