Who can take part

  • You are between 65 and 80 years old.
  • You can walk without a cane or walker.
  • You speak and understand Urdu.
  • You have no trouble communicating.
  • You score 24 or higher on a mini mental test.
  • You do not have a neurological or orthopedic problem affecting balance, a heart condition, or uncontrolled high blood pressure.
