This study is for teens aged 12 to 16 who have had recent suicidal thoughts or behaviors. It tests a program to help them understand and manage these feelings in a group setting with other teens.

Who can take part
- You are between 12 and 16 years old (up to 16 years and 11 months).
- You have had thoughts of suicide or tried to harm yourself in the last 6 months.
- A doctor or other healthcare professional has referred you to this study.
