Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older and have an advanced or spreading rare solid tumor confirmed by biopsy.
  • You need to be in fairly good health, able to care for yourself, and expected to live at least 3 months.
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans (like a CT or MRI) that hasn't been treated with radiation or has grown after radiation.
  • You must be willing to provide tumor samples (either from a prior surgery, a fresh biopsy, or fluid from around a tumor) for lab testing.
  • You must also provide a sample of stored tumor tissue (paraffin block or slides) and a blood sample for genetic testing.
  • Any side effects from past treatments must have mostly gone away (except hair loss), and you must agree to use effective birth control during the trial and for 8 weeks after.
